Design stunning table plans online that you can download for free

The interface above lets you build a personalised seating chart for your wedding or party. Once you've entered your guest details and you're happy with the colours and fonts you've selected you are ready to print

Simply click the 'print' button in the top menu bar and a download will start (allow 30 seconds - approx 15mb in size).

The output is designed for A1, A2 or A3 printing on foamex, poster or whatever material you wish really. To save as PDF just click 'Print' from the top menu

You can now choose from hundreds of sites online who can print your design for you. You'll be able to upload your design and they'll mail your seating plan to you. This generally costs about £15/$15 whilst our designs are free of charge. Some recommended sites include:
